Erin Miller

Erin MillerErin Miller is a PhD Candidate in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on the assessment of clinical competence for health care professionals who perform airway suctioning. She has a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Master of Health Management from McMaster University. Prior to pursuing her PhD, Erin worked for 10 years as a physiotherapist in an acute care hospital. Currently, she holds several teaching roles in the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto, mainly in the area of cardiorespiratory practice. Erin is passionate about helping to create opportunities for practicing physiotherapists to engage in clinical research and has had the pleasure of collaborating with physiotherapy clinicians on a number of recent projects.
