Please be aware that during the COVID-19 pandemic West Park Healthcare Centre is closely following the guidance and direction provided by the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health – Toronto Region and Toronto Public Health. As a result, changes in services and visitor restrictions should be expected.

June 10, 2022
- As we approach the expiry of the Chief Medical Officer of Health Order directing mandatory masking, on Saturday, June 11, 2022, we have received information from Toronto Region that the Ministry of Health is expected to issue continued guidance.
Although we do not have a complete understanding of what the guidance will be, we do expect that universal masking will continue to be required; and we anticipate that there will be changes to screening and visitor access.
At this time, and until we receive guidance and determine how it will be implemented at West Park, our current policies will remain in place.
We anticipate, based on what we know now, that we will receive the details of the guidance next week; be able to communicate updates mid-week and implement changes during the week of June 20, 2022.
