Please be aware that during the COVID-19 pandemic West Park Healthcare Centre is closely following the guidance and direction provided by the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health – Toronto Region and Toronto Public Health. As a result, changes in services and visitor restrictions should be expected.

  • There are currently no COVID-19 outbreaks at West Park Healthcare Centre; 
  • Please note that we are replacing this month’s Patient & Community Town Hall with targeted patient forums via Zoom: Chronic Assisted Ventilatory Care (CAVC)/Long-term Ventilation (LTV)/Enhanced Living Unit (ELU), Thursday, April 8: 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.; Rehab, Friday, April 9: 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. To register, please email or call 416-243-3600 ext. 2526;
  • Please be reminded that all patients that are able to tolerate a mask are required to do so when leaving your room. Please also remember to practice hand hygiene and physical distancing;
  • Outdoor spaces for patients have now started to open. The 2nd level patient garden and patio will open April 3; the Prosthetics & Orthotics patio will open April 3; and the Cafeteria back patio will open April 16. Outdoor spaces will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., and all patients must follow infection prevention and control measures; 
  • West Park is hosting ongoing community COVID-19 vaccine clinics for the month of April. Clinics run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. For more information, please visit
