West Park Healthcare Centre encourages a culture of collaborative care. We work in partnership with our patients and their families to help patients achieve their highest potential. In the spirit of that culture of collaborative care, we have developed the Partnership Pledge.
The Partnership Pledge reflects the responsibilities that staff, physicians and patients share in the delivery and receipt of healthcare services at West Park.
In order to develop the Partnership Pledge, West Park engaged in a broad consultation process to capture the most important values held by patients, staff, physicians, and others touched by our services.
In accordance with Ontario's Excellent Care for All Act, we have posted our Partnership Pledge both electronically (see below) and throughout the Centre.
