On October 23, 2019 from 12-4 PM West Park Healthcare Centre will be hosting the Adaptive Sport Demo Day.

The event will showcase elite adaptive/parasport athletes who will share their journey towards excellence in sport.

The event will take place at West Park Healthcare Centre in the Enbridge Auditorium and will include:

An Adaptive Sport Fair with displays hosted by athletes and organizations talking about their sports and programs.

A participatory demonstration of Sitting Volleyball, Golf and other sports.

A visit from the Canadian Men’s Para Hockey Team, who will talk about the program, and mingle with the attendees for conversation and photos.

Athletes and organization representatives will be available at booths where each will be able to talk about their sports. Sports will include:
Para Hockey
Cycling
Golf
Power Lifting
Canoe/Kayak
Wheelchair Basketball
Sitting Volleyball
Climbing
Sailing
Tennis

Organizations including ParaSport Ontario and the Ontario Para Network will also be in attendance.

The Para Hockey Team will visit the event at approximately 2:30PM to be introduced, talk about the team and mingle with attendees for conversation and photos.
