Kim is a progressive and accomplished Nursing Leader and Management Consultant with over twenty years of experience in Senior Nursing Executive roles across multiple healthcare sectors. Kim is currently the Vice President Programs and Chief Nursing Executive at West Park Healthcare Centre and is accountable for the strategic and operational leadership of the Clinical Programs, Interprofessional Practice and Clinical Education.
Kim has extensive experience in implementing initiatives that transform patient service delivery through internal and external partnerships resulting in services that enhance the continuum of services and streamline transitions across sectors.
A recognized Nursing executive in interprofessional practice and evidenced informed care, Kim have been instrumental in leading innovative organization redesign and implementing models of interprofessional care that transforms service delivery, promotes excellence in care, and supports improved patient outcomes.
Kim earned a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from D’Youville College and received the department award for academic excellence. Kim is lean certified and holds a certificate in Adult Learning and Development through the University Of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
