Jeff DeBlock has over 15 years of experience in global infrastructure investing and asset management. Jeff is a Partner at CBRE Caledon Capital Management where he invests in infrastructure businesses and assets within developed countries on behalf of their clients that typically include pension, insurance and endowment funds. With many of these investments, Jeff has an active role in managing the investments from a strategic, financial and operational perspective. Prior to joining CBRE Caledon, Jeff worked at the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board where he was in the Private Investments – Infrastructure group responsible for making investments into business that provide essential services from a significant real asset base.
Jeff started his career at BMO Capital Markets where he worked with the power, utilities and government groups, across a variety of mandates that included mergers and acquisitions, equity raising, debt financing and corporate lending.
Jeff has an Honors’ Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business where he graduated with Academic Distinction.
