Located on a picturesque piece of land on the banks of the Humber River in West Toronto, West Park's Campus includes four buildings which house the Centre's services. They include:

• Main Building - the majority of services and in-patient rooms are located here, as well as the Centre's executive offices;
• Ruddy Building - houses West Park Pharmasave pharmacy, West Park Healthcare Centre Foundationand some administrative offices;
• Long-Term Care Centre - all long-term care services are located here;
• Gage Building - houses Acquired Brain Injury services, Research, and other administrative offices.
