Every year we celebrate special occasions, share important milestones, and support one another in times of loss. You can create a lasting legacy for each of these life experiences through a charitable “Tribute Gift”.
Each gift to the foundation goes directly to support patient care enhancements, capital equipment, renovations, research, education and other activities not eligible for government funding.
You can make a tribute gift as any one of
the following:
In Memory
A memorial donation is a particularly meaningful way to remember a family member, friend or colleague and to show your respect and support for others during their time of loss.
Upon receipt of your gift, an acknowledgement of your gesture of sympathy is immediately issued to the designated recipient. A charitable tax receipt (for gifts over $10) is mailed to you with an accompanying letter of thanks.
In Celebration
Mark the occasion of a birth or birthday, anniversary,
Bat or Bar Mitzvah, graduation, wedding, Mother’s Day, Father’s
Day, or any other personal milestone with a tribute gift.
In Appreciation
Former patients often choose to show their
appreciation for the care they received from West Park staff and
physicians with a tribute gift to the foundation. Family and friends
of patients have also chosen to show their own appreciation for
the restored health of a loved one through a similar gift.
In Lieu of
A charitable donation made in someone’s name can often be the perfect solution for that difficult or hard-to-buy-for person on your gift list.
A special card is mailed to your gift recipient acknowledging the In Celebration, In Lieu or In Appreciation gift you have made. Your charitable tax receipt (for gifts over $10) is mailed to you with an accompanying letter of thanks.
