Admitting

If you’re a new patient or resident, your first contact with West Park will be the friendly and knowledgeable staff at our Admitting Desk. Here, staff will collect relevant information from you, process your admission form and ensure you have all of the information you need to get you started as an in-patient, out-patient or resident.

As a new patient, you’ll need to bring your Health Card and other identification, medications, toiletries, clothing and contact information for next-of-kin. Each patient will have at his or her bedside a Patient and Resident Handbook packed with useful information to help you during your stay.
