This service offers residential care and support for people with
multiple sclerosis who are experiencing personal and physical challenges
and are unable to live in the community, but are still able to
direct their own medical and nursing care.
Residents receive a comprehensive assessment of their health status
and work with the health care team to develop a personalized care
plan designed to promote as much independence in daily care as
possible.
The service provides an opportunity for increased social interaction
through a variety of activities and recreational programs at West
Park that enhance a patient's quality of life.
For more information on any of these services, please call the Admitting
