Amputee Rehabilitation Service

Helping those who have lost a limb rebuild their lives with courage and confidence

At West Park, we understand that the impact of an amputation on one's life can be devastating - physically, psychologically and socially. We're here to help rebuild the amputee's life, empowering them to overcome their health challenge and live life to the fullest.

West Park's Amputee Rehab Service is provided on an in-patient and out-patient basis. The amputee rehab program offers expertise and education for amputees to assist them to deal with their amputation and to achieve their full physical, psychological and social potential.

  • For admission information, please call the Admitting Department at West Park Healthcare Centre at 416-243-3632, or email admitting@westpark.org.
