Complex Continuing Care

Where quality of life and quality of care go hand in hand.

Caring for patients who have a chronic illness or long-term functional disability and who require a range of therapeutic and medical care is a specialty at West Park.

Our Complex Continuing Care services provide skilled nursing care, as well as social and recreational activities, spiritual support and counselling for residents and their families whose lives have been affected by conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Lou Gherig’s disease (ALS) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Our staff provide care in a friendly and warm environment where the focus is placed on treating and caring for the whole person with a goal to provide the best possible quality of life.
