Links for Life Golf Tournament Save the Date:Thursday, June 9, 2011 Eagles Nest Golf Club Maple, Ontario On behalf of the West Park patients, thank you to all our sponsors, donors and volunteers for supporting the 2010 Links for Life golf tournament. You have helped us meet our goal and the funds raised will be directed towards one of West Park’s Priority Programs, the Comprehensive Spasticity Management Program. Spasticity is the result from damage to the brain that regulates muscles and controls voluntary movement often resulting in the muscles tightening up like a coiled spring. The debilitating condition is experienced by patients who suffer from stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy. West Park’s Comprehensive Spasticity Management Clinic plans to improve access to treatment for those suffering from spasticity by doubling the number of patients it currently serves over the next three years.We look forward to welcome you back next year on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Eagles Nest.
