How to find us
West Park Healthcare Centre is located on 27 acres of beautifully
landscaped grounds in northwest Toronto near the intersection
of Jane Street and Weston Road. The healthcare centre is accessible
by Toronto Transit
Commission (TTC) Wheel-Trans. For Wheel-Trans information

Detailed Directions to West Park Healthcare Centre
From the 401 or 400 Highways

Option 1: Take the Weston Road exit south, past Lawrence Avenue
to Dora Spencer. Turn right onto Dora Spencer and left onto Charlton
Settlement. Turn right onto Buttonwood Avenue and follow to the
West Park entrance.

Option 2: Take the Black Creek exit to Jane Street. Go south
on Jane Street past Weston Road. Turn right onto Emmett, right
again onto Verona. Turn left onto Buttonwood Avenue and follow
to the West Park entrance.
For the QEW, Queensway or Lakeshore Blvd.

Take the South Kingsway exit and drive north to Bloor Street.
Turn right on Bloor Street and left on Jane Street. Take Jane
north to Emmett Avenue, turn left on Emmett to Verona, right
on Verona to Buttonwood, on Buttonwood Avenue turn left to the
West Park entrance.
From Eglinton Ave.

From the West: Turn left off Eglinton Avenue
to Jane Street and drive north to Emmett Avenue. Turn left on
Emmett one block to Verona. Turn right on Verona to Buttonwood,
then left to the West Park entrance.
Form the East:Turn right off Eglinton Avenue at Jane.
Proceed to first lights at Emmett Avenue. Turn left on Emmett
to Verona. Turn right on Verona to Buttonwood, then left
to the West Park entrance.
From Lawrence Ave.

Turn south off Lawrence Avenue on either Weston Road or Jane
Street.
From Weston Road: Turn right on to Dora Spencer,
left on Charlton Settlement, right on Buttonwood Avenue to
the West Park entrance.
From Jane Street: At Emmett Avenue, turn right.
Proceed to Verona, turn right and proceed to Buttonwood.
Turn left at Buttonwood to the healthcare centre entrance.
